As the core logistics business platform of DragonCor, DragonCor Logistics focuses on the investment and operational management of logistics assets owned by Blackstone Real Estate funds in Mainland China. Anchored in Guangzhou and Foshan, the South China platform leverages the Greater Bay Area\u2019s extensive transportation infrastructure, port network, and industrial foundation to establish a comprehensive logistics network spanning key markets including Guangzhou, Foshan, Dongguan, and Qingyuan.
